Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Any return or exchange request made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted. This policy is applicable only within the United States.

Product Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Return Process

When submitting a return request, please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • Proof of purchase (Order confirmation screenshot or video)
  • Reason for return

In some cases, a video or photo of the defective or damaged item may be required as proof for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-4 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.

All transactions on our website are conducted in USD.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@bestgrabz.us and send your item to the address listed above.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids or gases
  • Intimate or hygienic goods

Return Shipping Costs

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any items that were incorrectly purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
